Repairs & Exchanges

We pride ourselves in using carefully sourced findings, reclaimed metals, and natural gemstones in our designs. If you have any issues with a piece please contact us. We offer free repairs on most items within 90 days of shipment.

If your jewelry needs repairs after 90 days, you will be charged for materials and labor needed, which is usually not much, to repair your jewelry. The same policy applies to jewelry damaged or broken under extreme conditions within the 90 day limit.

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded. Please pack jewelry in a well-padded container and ship using USPS. Shipping insurance is not required but recommended. Anna Phillips Designs is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.

Your jewelry will be repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.



Customer Satisfaction is very important at Anna Phillips Designs. We are not able to  provide refunds on "custom" orders. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately and will refund the return shipping fees.

We cannot remake or partially refund without the original piece returned.
